Meet The Team
Martin Wiewiorowski
CEO
Martin C. Wiewiórowski is a recognized oil and gas expert with over 45 years of international experience. He began his career at Atlantic Richfield Company (USA), participating in the development of the Prudhoe Bay megafield, and subsequently worked on projects in North America, Asia, and Europe, gaining expertise in reserves audits, strategic advisory, and acquisition analyses.
From 1998 to 2021, he held the positions of Vice President and Senior Vice President at DeGolyer and MacNaughton, and as General Manager in Russia and the CIS, he oversaw projects for major energy companies including Rosneft, Gazprom, SOCAR, Novatek, and KazMunayGas.
He is currently the CEO of Vanguard International Petroleum Auditors LTD and heads Advantage Energy Europe Sp. z o.o., providing clients in Poland and Europe with access to global expertise, highest standards of reserves auditing, and proven advisory solutions applied in the world’s largest energy projects.
Joanna Dembowska
Strategic Operations & Compliance
Joanna Dembowska is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in international operations management, market development, and oversight of complex business projects. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk and specializes in business psychology and executive development. She has built her career leading market expansion and operational development initiatives for companies in the technical and construction sectors across Europe. At mdm NT, she spearheaded the company’s entry into Western European and Scandinavian markets, establishing sales structures and go-to-market strategies for demanding international markets. Representing Austrian Isocell and Italian Winkler, she developed their market presence in Poland, expanding sales networks and cultivating strong partnerships.
Currently, at Advantage Energy Europe, Joanna oversees organizational development, cultivates strategic client relationships, and manages operational and compliance functions. She supports advisory and audit projects for international energy sector clients, integrating executive management expertise with a business psychology informed approach and a culture-focused leadership style
